We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries. You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days from when it leaves our warehouse.

Unlike many standard pillow inserts the pillow cover and wool is removable and washable, making it easy to keep your sleep space fresh and clean.
The wool can also be aired out and Alpaca fibers have a smooth surface, making it hard for dust mites, bacteria, and allergens to cling to the material.
Which Alpaca did you get?
Each Sleeppaca Pillow is uniquely tied to one of our 50 cherished alpacas—each with their own name, personality, and fleece characteristics. Your pillow includes a Numbered Alpaca ID Stamp (1–50) so you know exactly which alpaca helped make your room cozy.
